• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

2. Return Costs

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as the customer is responsible for loss or damage during transit.

4. Return Procedure

• You will receive instructions and the return address via email.
• Package the product securely and ensure it is adequately stamped for postage.

5. Shipping to the Customer

• All orders are shipped using DHL or DPD.
• The estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after order processing.
• All shipments are insured and come with a tracking number.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method. This process may take up to 14 days.

7. Exceptions

• Personalized products and custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund.
• Products that are damaged or used will not be accepted.
